Make a biome that rains all the time

There should be a biome where it rains all the time so it reflects the good old English weather.

    I can get behind this idea. It could have a unique terrain block like how taiga has podzol. This terrain block could be a variant of dirt that is like soulsand (is slow to walk on). The block shouldn't be everywhere though but just in patches. and I could be interesting if horses and other mounts could walk over it unaffected.

    Maybe not rain all the times, but like 4x as much, and have common thunderstorms

    And always cloudy, with high grass and lots of water pounds, maybe even frogs
