Vanquish, an enchantment to deal with monsters

Vanquish would be an enchantment for swords and axes with a maximum level of 5. It has a slightly higher chances of appearing as smite and/or bane of arthropods. Why it is more common is because it's the generalist version of the above mentioned smite. Adding 2.5 extra points of damage to any monster that doesn't generally fit in either the undead or arthropod categories; such as creepers, slimes, and endermen. Unless creepers and endermen actually do belong to existing groups we aren't told about, though it would be easier to not think too much into that.
