The Below-World Update (Part 3.5): Long-Term Residence

What is the Below World Update?
The Below World Update is my take on the nether revamp. In my version, my goal is to give the player reasons to think of staying in the nether or continuously venturing deeper. These include things like:
- Unique Hazardous Nether Environment
- New Mechanics
- New Structures
- New Mobs
- New Treasures
- New Goals For Player
- Tweaks To Existing Mechanics
I recently got criticism about The Below World Update and I would like to address. I was told, people already stay in the nether. That isn't completely true. When people "stay in the nether", it is either for afk farms or the chore of collecting quartz for builds. In this series of posts when I say "stay in the nether", I mean staying there long term, not just to farm or mine but because it is your home because you like the environment of the nether. The Nether needs to be a place instead of a chore on a checklist.
Secondly, I was told that nether wart shouldn't solely grow in the nether since that would be forcing players to go to the nether. I don't completely agree with this point but I see where it is coming from. If you need to grow wart in the nether it becomes a chore like quartz but at the same time, I feel this change could bring character to the dimension. Please give your opinion on this discussion.
