Wolves will howl during a full moon

Wolves should tilt their heads up and howl during a full moon because it would be a nice touch to the game BUT howling can also be useful too. Wolves should also howl if they are very injured and/or are sat down very very far away from it's owner. This could help players find their lost dog or find their way home if they have gone off on a big adventure. The howl sound effect is in or used to be in the game so this would not be a very big feature to put in Minecraft.

    This will actually be very cool to have wolves howl. Im pretty sure that that will make minecraft WAY more interesting and maybe scary than it already is. AGREED?

    Ooh yes, apply this feature to wolves so every full moon I can turn my volume up and make people in my house startled (yes my family afraid of howling wolf sound) >:)

    Although we do have foxes screeching at night, I support the idea of having wolves howling so that it is easier to locate wild wolves.

    We would live if wolves could howl AND bark, imagine this: you are walking in the middle of the night at a spruce wood forest, you are alone, you look at the sky and see a shiny full moon lighting the deep dark of the woods, and then... you hear a wolf howl in the background, we think this little change would just give so much life to the game and make it such a pleasure to play. After all... who doesn't like a wolf howl!

    Wolves whine when they are hurt, howling isn't a thing for that. Instead, the wolves should use howling as a way to communicate, sing, and to call to one another, just like in real life. They should also howl (sing) at full moons occasionally. Mojang should add that along with new real life wolf behaviors. Also, howling should be VERY rare with tamed wolves, since they're no longer wild at that point.

    I love wolves with all my heart so it would be cool to re-add this. Come'on Mojang it would be easier to add it.
