Achievement Addition: Conquering the Sky

There should be a goal following Sky's the Limit Advancement for getting an elytra. The goal would be obtained by flying in the air with an elytra and killing a phantom. This would be another one of those very challenging goals since the phantom is so fast. The new mob deserves its own advancement anyway!
