Nether Boss The Lich

This boss should be activited when after you defeated The Wither. He spawns in a new dungeon type in The Nether. He would be an undead sorcerer who mainly focuses on summoning undead mobs to help. And shoots lightning from his staff, which takes 1 heart and stuns the player for 2 seconds. When he is defeated he drops his staff. He should also be spawn back in the dungeon once the staff breaks.

  Mobs don't really have a story but I imagined him as the person that overthrown the Wither for The Nether and basically became King there.

  Yeah. But it can be spawned everywhere. This one would exclusive to the Nether.

  It isn't a copyright since Lich's are fantasy creatures.

  It would be better if Lich(es) would be a mini-boss in nether.
  It would greatly diversify exploration there and make Nether more dangerous for even "endgame" stages. Not just one time.
  Never the less, Lich(es) could summon and control undead(obviously). Those undead would patrol(the area), raid (maybe some other faction in nether if there was ever one) and guard the Lich.
  Lich himself could shot fire. Maybe also explosions, if charged (1,5 sec?)

  I wouldn't mind Liches being a mini boss. I think that it would be nice to make the Nether more diverse and interesting.

  There is only one boss per dimension, so having two for only the Nether makes no sense to me, sorry...
