Conduits and beacons should affect pets

There should be an option to have certain pets be affected by conduits and beacons. It would be a way to help boost your pets and maybe if they are effected by a conduit, some should be able to follow you under water.

    Perhaps, not just pets, but also villagers (and wandering trader/trader llamas), golems, horses, and pigs with saddles.

    On the villagers and golems, beacons affecting the villagers and golems would really help with village defense.
    Conduit power affecting villagers and golems would perhaps allow for underwater villages.
