Potions are for passive effects, meaning you don't need to activate it

It should be a debuff, randomly teleporting you for ten seconds

If you put a Fermented Spider Eye in the potion, it should randomly teleport the target without the control of the ability.

This would add another use to ender pearls since they have been replaced in use by fireworks rockets and elytras

Alternatively, how about a throwable potion that takes you to the location it lands, also allowing you to create tipped arrows for the same effect? 20 blocks distance is good for balance purposes

I was thinking that this potion does nothing unless you are attacked by projectiles, where it would then teleport you out of the way. It may also do the same with non-projectile attacks, although I am not sure

Potions of Teleportation II would give you a sort of nausea effect except the overlay is for Nether Portals. If in the Overworld, it would transport you to the Nether, and vice versa. This would be a one time thing, making it so you would have to collect more materials in the Nether if you wanted to get back. I think this would add an interesting aspect to the game
