Potion of Teleportation

The potion of teleportation would be made with an ender pearl in the brewing stand, the potion of teleportation would act as an ender pearl but more like a chorus fruit. The Potion would only last for 10 seconds but you can add a redstone to make it last 40 seconds, the potion of teleportation will give you the ability to teleport to a block within 20 blocks from you, all you have to do is look at the block and then sneak and you've teleported to it, so basically you have the power of an enderman for a short time. Think of the possibilities this would unlock for battles and pvp.

  Potions are for passive effects, meaning you don't need to activate it

   

  It should be a debuff, randomly teleporting you for ten seconds

  If you put a Fermented Spider Eye in the potion, it should randomly teleport the target without the control of the ability.

  This would add another use to ender pearls since they have been replaced in use by fireworks rockets and elytras

  Alternatively, how about a throwable potion that takes you to the location it lands, also allowing you to create tipped arrows for the same effect? 20 blocks distance is good for balance purposes
