Dolphin's Grace Additional Effects

Dolphins Grace is an effect that gives the player water speed, as if it is a Dolphin and can swim quickly. It should give additional effects such as underwater haste and respirational effect. It would also extend the dolphins Grace effect to about 10-20 seconds.
(I don't know what category this should fit in so I put it in gameplay)

EDIT: A new feature or should have is dolphin leaping, when you have the effect, and you swim out of the water, instead of going into standing form, you should keep the swimming animation. If you just onto land, then it will go into standing form.

  No respiration.  Dolphins cannot breathe underwater, and thus the reason for them leaping.

  I meant aspirational as that it makes you breath longer, not forever.

  Ok, maybe.  Similar to the turtle shell helmet.
