Fishing improvement

There could be a small chance that, when fishing, you could hook a chest and instead of pulling it up, it pulls you, or you pull yourself. IDK.

    I think if the player hooks any solid block, it should pull the player.

    First of all, I agree with Bilbo (love the name), and second of all, IDK meant that the rest was up to Mojang (sorry, I was unclear).
