    I don't understand what you're trying to suggest.  Bows aren't used in dispensers.

    He's saying that the durability of the bow used to craft the dispenser should have an effect on how far it shoots items/arrows. I don't see why this is needed though. Durability has no effect on arrow distance when the bow itself is used, after all.

    MacchuPicchu96, but the whole thing of durability refers to damagement. And if you craft a bow with a damaged bow, it would be logical that it wouldn't shoot the maximum amount of the dispencer can shoot. And maybe they could change that with the bow and the trident itself, too.

    I don't see why this would matter at all.  People are either crafting fresh bows with no damage to craft dispensers en masse or they are using drops from a skeleton farm.  In the latter case, they have infinite bows and it doesn't really matter if they can use one bow per dispenser or they need to craft two or three together to make it work properly.

    The other thing is that this would make each dispenser a unique item.  They wouldn't be able to stack if each is holding data on what kind of bow was used to craft it.
