When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

The main reason I suggested this is because of an auto charcoal maker I built. It uses a dropper to refuel itself with the charcoal it was producing. I had to waste 9 stacks of charcoal per module just to back stuff the droppers. There is no current solution in the game. The other uses mentioned above are extra ways this item would be useful.

I'm not sure this would work very well with a comparator. If the comparator doesn't count the eliminators, either its output power level would be restricted to less than 15 or the correspondence between inventory item counts and output level would become variable, which means you'd have to calculate it separately for each case where eliminators were used. Either option would be viable, but would require a custom-designed circuit configuration for every use case involving eliminators, and the circuit could fail if the number of eliminators ever changes. It's not undoable, but kind of complicated in a way that's inconsistent with the rest of redstone. I definitely don't see it making it easier to use comparators.

as far as comparators are concerned it would help for inventories like droppers that have nine slots. 15/9 dose not come out evenly and can be difficult to work with but if you where able to eliminate four slots the five left would be a lot easier to calculate.

Just use poisonous potatoes mate. Or just potatoes for that matter.

This doesn't add any functionality. If you want to know what a comparator will output, do your research instead of making it the devs' problem.
