Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Do you mean dyed backgrounds on item frames or on the items in them.

    16 new item frames...
Maybe 32 new item frames? Glow Dyed Item Frame?

I would propose that the leather part get the same colors as dyed leather.  I also suggest that a glow ink version go along with it for a total of 32 color options. I think this would open lots of doors for the builders in the way of decorating builds with out really adding anything new. Just a tweak on an old favorite could add a lot of dimension to decorative building.

And adding different wood types for the surrounding wood would be nice

I use frames for organising chests. Coloured item frames would made organisation ever better! I'd like to see teach coloured frame reskinned so the frame border and background is changed. Dark frame, lighter background but similar to the main dye colours.

If they added dyed frames we could make better cars (wheels, rear lights, and headlights.)

fully agree, it should be possible to color, it is made of leather, leather armor, leather horse armor and bundle are also possible to color, having base 16 colors would be enough for sure, and it would help with marking things by item frames, or making some items better visible as they may blend with brown background
additionally, it can be "painted" with invisibility potions or other items to make invisible item frame, if it would have no item, only frame would be visible so you dont lose them, and if you place item in, frame would be gone and only item visible, which would surely help a lot with detailing builds too
same for glowing item frames where they would work same but keep permanently self-illuminated texture on whole item frame (if visible) and item itself of course
