Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Flame Bows

 I know that you can enchant your bow with the enchantment: "Flame", but what if it went a step further. What do i mean? Let me explain:

The Flame Bow is a craftable item using the two items: Bow and a Flint&Steel. This will take -1 durability away from your flint&steel, so that you get it back.

Now, the flame bow can be used to light portals or set any monster ablaze, but it also has a special flame effect, it will set every mob near the arrow you shot ablaze. But that's not all! If you enchant the Flame bow with the enchantment "Flame" it will set every block within a radius of 4 blocks away on fire, and it will also set every portal within that radius on.

    Id say that it would open a whole new realm for trolling too, but as an idea it IS worth advancing

    This seems too dangerous for any world that still has fire spread...  I do like the idea of an arrow from a flame bow being able to light a nether portal.  But lighting actual fires in the world is just too dangerous.

    Hmm. I'd prefer a bow made with blaze rods instead of sticks, that consumes blaze powder instead of arrows, and shoots blaze fireballs instead of arrows.

    The flame arrow should be made of blaze rods and string

    maybe not such a large radius, maybe only the block that it hit
