Mouse Key Bindings (not left/right/middle)

I'm sure plenty of us on desktop have some form of gaming or office mouse which has additional buttons on it and would like to bind actions to them for ease of play and accessibility to those who need it.

Currently we can't seem to bind any of the side buttons on our Razer mice to options in game.

    I know it would be fun but it would be incompatible. And it would only work for certain mice. MB4 and MB5 are compatible on most new games though.
