We welcome feedback about menus, toggles on menus, buttons on menus, input devices (like touch controls and keyboards), and Minecraft’s interface. How do you play? What would make it better?

I think this should be the norm!

Why can't I play minecraft somewhere on my phone and can't continue on my PC?

    This is not serious.

I would love this. If Microsoft can do this for like every other Xbox game, why can’t they do it with Minecraft. This would also help immensely if there is an issue and your entire save data gets reset on one platform.

More people need to see this post.  A system like this would be amazing for Minecraft because of people who play in long-term worlds.  An update like this would allow people to not have to worry about wanting to play Minecraft or buy Minecraft on another device.   This idea seems like a win-win for both sides my wonder is how it can be pulled off.

What about Minecraft dungeons? This game's question is same.(I don't know this question can be ask or not.)

Wish this was more seamless and free like the cloud saves Minecraft Dungeons has, but at the same time I get why they charge money for it.
Hopefully it will come out someday. I’d love to be able to continue my XboxSS save on my Switch and vice versa.
Cheers to the devs for implementing fan ideas tho 👌

This seems like a great idea, even if it used our OneDrive account storage to sync the worlds. This would also be beneficial to Microsoft because with some larger worlds, it takes up more space than the free tier of OneDrive, leading to potentially more OneDrive sales.

I'm shocked that it haven't been implemented yet. It should be a thing right when Bedrock version (cross-play version) came out. I also think it should be free or at least free for a couple of worlds.

I just had this idea while ago and 100% agree! I have worlds on my PS4 and Switch that I want to have across all my devices, especially my gaming pc when I get around to building it. If Google and OneDrive can have cloud storage across any devices, so can MC worlds. I see it working by a second menu next to the main worlds where you can sync worlds from one device (for free, Microsoft!) and access them on all devices with one click. Auto saving the game for you on your MS account when you leave the world.

So it's separate to realms as you are the only one playing on it (but can still do multiplayer). Hope that gibberish makes any sense haha 🤣

Is this ever going to be implemented? I think is the best feature that could be implemented on bedrock

Yes! and it could just use the free 5gb of one drive storage every one gets.

This is a great idea, but I would want to not only transfer world data from my phone to my PC, Xbox, or Switch but also come home and transfer the running instance of Minecraft across devices.  You could do this with a LAN server from the original hosting device and simply switch control of the character to the console and make Minecraft on the phone or switch log out of the world.  This could also work vice verse when someone wants to watch TV.  I could see people who own a PS5 or Xbox series X wanting to switch to their switch or phone like that.

A console deadzone slider on bedrock would make this game exponentially better on console. Its simple. Add it for our sake please.

They will not do this because they make money when people buy a realm to move their world

I have many worlds on my XBOX that I would love to sync with my Minecraft for Windows Version. I need my old words s0o I can make a backup. I don't want to go through hundreds individually and copy to a realm then download it from my pc over and over and over. Please consider bringing this feature.

Seems like it would be easy to implement if you had purchased Minecraft bedrock on both Xbox and on a second device like a pc. As long as they're both updated to the latest version then why would it not just sync your progression via your account? From what I've read, it can only be done currently through Realms. Very confusing that this isn't easy and seemless for Microsoft's flagship game.

This is not a bad idea however I think instead of offering free storage space for worlds why not just have the minecraft files be open on xbox so you can add your own behavior packs/resource packs and being able to export worlds onto usb drives *file apps would allow it copying minecraft files to external drive* any solution works really just GIVE US SYNCING ACROSS MOBILE/XBOX ATLEAST THAT WAY WE CAN GET OUR WORLDS
