This would be so great to just play all day on the Windows 10 Edition but then just play a little more on Switch before bed. I honestly dont even play on Switch because i'd have to work on a completely separate world if i did which is such a pain.

I would love this! This is basically the only thing stopping me from getting the Switch version, I want to be able to play my Windows 10 worlds on my Nintendo Switch.

I just lost an important worldly mine to corruption and I think world sync could have helped.

It's already possible to sync worlds between multiple Xbox Ones, isn't it? Why can't that be expanded to other Bedrock platforms as well?

This needs to happen, Xbox One saves are already on the cloud. Imagine playing a world on a Xbox, then going out and continue playing the same world on your phone.

The crazy part is I thought this already happened. I just found out that it never was implemented.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/minecraft-better-together-update

"If you already play Minecraft on one of the devices listed above, you can now play with Xbox One players online, and sync your worlds from these consoles to your other devices"

    This should absolutely happen.

Why is this not already a thing? When this “Better Together” was announced, playing your minecraft implied playing your same world everywhere, I’m starting to smell more and more bs since trying to come back to minecraft since microsoft took over, not impressed.

I would feel like buying Minecraft for my other devices would be worth paying for if they had world save sync

I lovery the idea my iPad mini has all my world's on it but it's screen broke and its broken part make it seem that it's a finger touch so I have to have it shut down. But with this new idea I can move my world on to a different tablet and get the screen fixed without it interfering with my memory on the tablet of Minecraft thank you I have been playing since 2009 and I've been waiting for this God bless you all

Great idea, to allow this i think they should do what the ps and xbox did create a little memory bar at the bottom to show memory on how many worlds you can store, saves money and makes people happy too

This would be really great, since you can just use a realm but they cost a bit, are pretty laggy, and require a WiFi connection.

This would work really well to upload to OneDrive.

Yes I need this for my survival world. I play on xbxo and I would love to play on my world on the go.

I agree with Lan sharing and about everything else, I suggest something like a bank, 5 slots for free, synced to your MS/XBOX account, you can upload them, download them on a different platform, maybe make a few changes and "update" the original (like replace it with the changes) You want more slots? X minecoins for X slots, simple (or it can be free)

This really needs to be a thing, because I have an old device where the worlds are saved to application instead of device. I try to change it so I can transfer them but the game just crashes. I could have changed the file locations before making any worlds, but when I first got the game, I didn't know it would be a problem.

yes because i played with my family in mobile and when my phone was low on battery i switch to my switch and it counted my mobile and switch different players, for some reason, meaning on mobile i had diamonds while in my switch i barely spawned(side note yes both my switch and my mobile account have the same e mail and gamertag). not only that my main reason i bought minecraft mobile is because i tought it would sync my worlds which would make a good selling point for buying minecraft multiple times.

That would be nice. Already worlds you have on Xbox one will sync to the cloud so that if you go on another Xbox, your worlds will be there. If you can add a similar cross-sync system for all bedrock editions (windows 10, iOS, Android, Xbox one bedrock, etc...) that would be really helpful

I wouldn't mind if it used your OneDrive space or something but it is a feature I would really appreciate on Bedrock.

it’ll be cool but i can’t get it the online feature to really work for 6s

Maybe if the feature could be toggled so that individuals with cloud or similar limitations wouldn’t be harmed or an exception could be made.

This could be like "realms 1 player", but rather than allowing simultaneous connections online, it just syncs your world locally before joining and back to the server after quitting. I do this manually already to get around the render limitations. It would be awesome if this just happened automatically.

This is a needed feature. It is too complicated to Export or back-up worlds anywhere currently.

This should be fairly easy to implement, and nobody HAS to give you any additional cloud storage for "free": You already sign in with an XBOX Live/Microsoft account in all Bedrock versions, which by default have a couple of Gigabytes of free storage on OneDrive. Just let the game drop the world file on there and have it sync it for you - after asking for consent, of course.
