Wild, colorful dimension (was: A new dimension!)

Yes, I know there's already pretty much 3 dimensions. The nether, the end, and the overworld. But what if there was another dimension that is wild! colorful. but to find the dimension you have to find a structure. like maybe a similar structure to the ones found underneath the sea, except it would be on land and inside the structure, there would be a chest that has a map inside to find the portal to get to the dimension

    Would it be customizable? Like red grass, white stone, purple trees and blue sky?

    dyeable grass leaves and all sorts of blocks would be an awsome addition to my idea of an astral realm i posted i think that would be the candle on top of the cake for creativity
