I think the idea you posted is great, BUT there’s some things that will only be weird

    • Milk having water physics doesn’t make sense, since it wouldn’t really spread because it doesn’t come from a source block where it’s spawned, but from a cow
    • Zombie pigman, wither skeleton and husks base effects shouldn’t be removed, it’s like if you throw a potion to a fish and it drowns because it no longer have water respiration, or like making a spider poison with his own poison
    • Water in swamps: that’s a really good idea, but a regular poison would be to much of a punishment for just diving, it should do 1/2 of the damage of a poison max, I also suggested a similar thing for cold water, but a wither effect would be WAY to much (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360011225971-Diving-in-cold-areas)
    • a splash potion of lava won’t make sense since glass will melt and you’ll easily die if that was the case

Maybe the splash milk would remove or reduce all effects on any entities in the AOE, with full removal at point-blank range, and reduction at the edge.

For splash lava, it should light entities on fire, with the duration scaling down with distance from the centre of the splash.

splash potion of milk and lava? no. milk physics? yes! Milk in a cauldron? yes. Milk removing stuff from zombie pigmen, husks and wither skeleton? no. player getting the wither effect just because it's cold? no. I was thinking the same for the lava-logged blocks. like how you can put water inside staircases, you could make some interesting lighting effects like that.

you shouldn't get poisoned from swimming in swamp water. It's not like it's any more dirty than other water, guys. It just has more plants in it.

    Swamps are biomes too.

also what if you wanted to make a swimming pool that would be unfortunate

Upvoted specifically for the potions. It makes sense to be able to use a milk ptotion to counter positive potions being used by an enemy, and a splash potion that lights things on fire reminds me of a moltav cocktail.

Great idea but as sninjago said, it would be better if zombie pigman, wither skeleton and husks base effects wouldn’t be removed.

I would love to be able to have this in minecraft mainly because of it's uses for defence!

If this was added I would absalutely love it!!
