Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sorry, I couldn’t add my post, I think because of yours, so I’m posting it as a comment on yours.

I think that it would be interesting to have more types of stone. The stones I think should be added are pumice, shale, talc, and limestone. These could all be used to make stone tools (including the stone types already in game) and depending on the type of stone, how much durability the tool has. Shale could be mixed with water to make clay. Talc could make white dye. Pumice could be used to scrub stuff like removing moss from mossy blocks. Crushed shale and limestone could be used to make cement.

Hey guys if you're reading please go vote on this page:
    https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360047910232-Brick-and-pillar-versions-of-andesite-diorite-and-granite
It's the same suggestion (more stone brick types), but has the most votes so if we all vote for this one, the devs will see it. Thanks!
