Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    If they are going to make sure it's an actual ball shape and not just a glass block and let it be a little smaller than block size

    Fish bowls are actually not great for fish but i love the idea of a tank or other item that makes it easier to keep fish as pets!

    And then you would have to put like gravel, so it would have an inventory where you could like place the gravel and your little fishy friend ^_^

    Also you should be able to put Axolotls in bowls too, whenever the are released that is.

    Now that they're adding the whole archeology thing, maybe they could base it off of the new clay pot things, allowing us to add in small features, like some amethyst crystal rocks, small kelp, little structures based on blocks, etc. as decoration inside the bowl along with the fish.

    That may be a bit too extreme though.

    Maybe just by crafting together with 4Blocks of glass around a pot of fish which u can obtain as usual from traders or by collecting in the sea

    I think this should just be expanded to the "Aquarium". In it you can place all of the smaller animals, like fish, rabbits, silverfish, endermites, maybe the new termites, or even bees? The new frogs? Maybe even plants, like mushrooms? If just fish, they could be little pixel particle effects darting around inside, to simulate goldfish, bettas, tiny fish like that.

    Crafting it would require glass panes, and a block that matches the substrate you want (grass block for grassy bottom, podzol, mycelium, sand, gravel (or prismarine for aquarium gravel). Click with a water bucket to add fish. It would connect to other blocks so you could make it as long and tall as you like, but only one wide. You can just build them in the wall, or have it sit out on a table. Crafting with a skull could give you a little decoration inside.

    This would be so nice for collectors who like to display things, an aspect of the game I think is sadly overlooked.

    fish bowls are harmfull maybe a 2 block wide and 2 block tall tank instead because we don't want children to think that fish bowls are okay

    I think this would be considered as "not fomenting creativity". You can make structures that resemble aquariums without another special block

    They could link up and combine like double chests, but infinitely, and the fish would need to be fed every once and a while with fish food made from seagrass or bonemeal. You could also place corals, kelp and seagrass inside to customize the tank.

    I strongly disagree with this idea. This would teach people that fishbowls are okay when in fact putting a fish in one is basically a death sentence. Its extremely miserable and too small. I would like maybe a fish tank item where its a larger tank, but a fish bowl is a big no go.

    The underwater world is poorly visible through ordinary glass. Maybe make a block through which you can see as well as underwater. It will be more expensive.

    I don't think this would work, as fish bowls are actually pretty inhumane and Mojang is all about protecting animals. A rounded tank messes up a fish's vision and confuses it. Now, that wouldn't be the case as Minecraft is blocky. But please don't let it be named "bowl" as that will promote fish bowls

    This could be awesome to encourage collectors to play Minecraft. This could introduce an overhaul to the fishing system that introduces new types of fish to the game (and different ways to collect them, like using a fishing spear rather than just the fishing rod) so we can display our findings within these fish bowls/fish tanks. 

    Adds additional items to the fishmonger villager. Perhaps they can sell fish bowls or rarer fishy collectibles for us to purchase or trade with.

    If you could make the fish bowls really big, then could you put other animals like dolphins or turtles in the bigger ones?
