Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Rotator Blocks that change the orientation of blocks

A Rotator block is a block that, when powered, changes the orientation of the block is facing (if that block can be oriented) by 90 degrees clockwise. a good example would be a change the direction a piston pushes, for example. Would be very useful for slimeblock machines and guardian farms.

    Along with a rotator item, block rotation should just be made consistent. For some blocks, rotation is decided by which direction you are facing, but for others it is decided by which face of a block you place on.

    I think this would be better as a item/tool, like a scepter made from amethyst and sticks or copper ingots that would act kinda like the debug stick
