Update Golden Tools and Armor

Golden tools and armor should have some sort of utility in survival. 

Under the current system, there isn't much of a reason to make golden equipment in survival unless you've amassed tons of gold from years of mining.

    Gold tools have the fastest speed faster than diamond but have bad durbiltuy

    I once converted 26 gold blocks into pickaxes in survival.  Don’t ask why.

    Anvils have the limit of 39 levels. This limit could be removed in case of golden tools and armour.

    Gold tools have a much higher chance of receiving rarer and higher-level enchantments already. I'll admit it would be nice to see some other use though.

    I agree gold armour should be more useful. How about the same reason gold was worn in real life: To look good and show the wearer was rich. Like leather can be dyed, I think gold armour should be dyable as well.

    Golden tools have increased chance to get good enchantment , if only smithing table works with golden tools too !!

    Gold Armor can pacify piglins.
