Pet Dragons?

How about having a dragon of your own? in any sizes (dog size dragon or Ender dragon size) watching them grow from a baby hatchling to an adult, including with its own elemental powers, and where you have to find it specifically like; water dragons will be in the sea in temples, fire dragons at the volcanos or dungeons, earth dragons at the forests/jungle temples, nether dragons at the netherworld, cave dragons at the caves or abandoned mines, etc. they should also have the distinct color and design of their elemental powers.

    i feel this is a good idea, but i also have a feeling it would take away the Minecraft feeling. We could have small minecraft dragons that sit on your sholder. To keep that minecraft feeling.

    Here is an idea. Let's add the pet dragon but keep it simple. Because there is only one dragon egg, you could duplicate the dragon egg by surrounding it in obsidian in a crafting table. To hatch the dragon egg, you could cook it over a campfire. You could equip it with a saddle, a double chest, and you could fly it anywhere similar to the happy ghast but it would be a lot faster. The dragon could also be dyed different colors.

     you can have different sizes and speeds and maybe scales like how horses have different hides .

    There shouldn’t be different elements but we could find different species of dragons .

    you could  maybe beed the one you get from the dragon egg after hatching it on a soul fire with a mysterious dragon you find or hatch from a mysterious dragon egg we find in a far ender island . 

    You may ride it like happy ghast when it’s fully grown , it also doesn’t take fire damage.

    I think a fire dragon would be best suit to shoot fireballs, but you have to charge them up holding whatever button before letting go to fire. However I think there size should at most be 2.5 blocks long, and 2 blocks wide this size, so they still look taller than the player, and also so they can fit into the end portal. As a baby they should be slightly smaller than us.
