New item: the harness satchel

This bag can be attached to the happy ghast harness, and would kind of act like a bag that can both hold items for storage but also blocks and weighs down the happy ghasts harness like a hot air balloon. It can also be released from the harness with shears and drop down to the ground as kind of a delivery system (and a way to tnt bomb someone because yes).

[Edit] thanks for the comment! That's exactly what I was thinking! Also maybe to balance the slowness of going upwards with weight, we could increase the happy ghast's vertical flight speed slightly? Comment if you have an idea.

    This would be such a cool idea! 100% awesome. Maybe you could attach up to two on the backmost part of the top of the happy ghast, and open them not by clicking the E key, but by standing up on the happy ghast and right-clicking the satchel. Possibly just crafted with leather, a chest, and string.
