A feature to freeze the growth cycle of ghastlings cause they're adorable

Please add some kind of tool that will stump ghastling growth. They are adorable. I want to keep my tiny ghast boy πŸ₯Ί

    Maybe a soul sand/soul soil block? or ice block?

    Maybe clocks could stop any mob from growing (or resume their growth if is already stopped allowing guardians to become elder guardians for example)
