Villagers and piglins mounting camels, striders, pigs and horses

If one of this mobs with a saddle passes next to a villager or a piglin, they should mount it. Only piglins would know how to control them. To dismount them we could use shears that would remove the saddle (also adding a way to removes saddles without killing mobs)

  By control them I mean that a villager on a horse would not be able to ride to their workstation/bed for example while a piglin could chase a player (as long as they have the correct tool to drive the mob mounted)

  About shearing mobs to remove saddles there could be a priority of action if they have a leash, meaning that to remove the saddle first you have to unleash them so when you remove a lead with shears it does NOT remove the saddle at the same time
