For Bedrock Edition, add an additional option to enable or disable enderman griefing.
Currently, if you turn off mob griefing, you lose critical gameplay features, such as sheep re-growing their wool. You could say enderman griefing is a crucial part of gameplay, but I disagree and would argue that enderman griefing has never improved or affected gameplay other than being annoying and discouraging building in the end (but maybe that's the point?)
Previously, lightening strikes were an uncontrollable aspect of the game and were also destructive to the player's builds. This issue was resolved by adding in the copper rod, allowing players to avoid this risk. The endermans ability to pick up blocks needs a similar revision.
Lastly, I'm sure this rule can be toggled on Java using commands, so it makes sense to add the rule to Bedrock Edition.
