Ice archeology

So this is like the suspicious sand and gravel mechanic but for ice. You can now find ice that you can slowly chip apart with and ice pick (recipe at the end) and you can find different things like a frost holly (a new plant that looks like a blue holly bush), a wooly sniffer egg (it hatches a blue sniffer with a big brown fur coat and tusks), a caveman villager, maybe a new armor template, ect.

  Ice archeology would go well with my suggested idea to make snowy biomes challenging with cold damage on harder difficulties and new craft recipes for reducing cold damage. It would make snowy biomes more interesting, I think.
