So some people have been complaining about the creaking mob being weak and its biome having next to no reason to visit. Well, i just thought up of an idea that can somewhat fix this, and also uses something else players have said was useless- the ominous bottle.
The idea goes like this. You go to the biome and drink the potion, and all of the sudden, a new variant of the creaking mob of some sort spawns, like the same mob but more dangerous and strong, a creaking boss so to speak. When it spawns, it works basically like the regular creaking mob, but it spawns with multiple creaking hearts, and its your job to find them all and destroy them to kill this new boss. Not sure what the prize would be for killing this boss, maybe a new item that deals with the creaking itself or good loot of some sort.
Maybe after each heart you destroy it goes into different waves, like how the wither goes into the arrow-shield wave. Each wave does something different, like spawn more creaking mobs to make things harder, or show you fake creaking heart blocks to disorientate you.
Not only would this give another use for the ominous bottle, it also gives a reason to go into the new biome besides blocks, although i myself am very happy with what we got, i think its enough and i am sure there is more to come for this biome and mob, but i just wanted to get this idea out there and see if people like it.
