Why not do what robtop did?

So in Geometry Dash for 1.20 they let players design the icons and the best ones won. So why can't mojang do the same? The minecraft players will go in a competition to design a mob, say what they do and then the players will vote for so the 10% mobs eill win. But of course there will be rules for it. These rules are: It can't be an April fools mob like the diamond chicken, it can't be anything to do with pegi 13 and higher to make the game unsuitable for kids and it can't be anything to do with death. Breaking any of these rules will give these things: if break a rule you will get a warning, if you break the rules 3 times you will get a ban of competitioning for a week, break the rules 10 times and you will get banned for 10 months, if you break the rules 25 times then you will be banned for competitioning forever. This is what happens if you win. If your mob 1, you will be given a cape for it, if you won 10 times, then you will get mail on the app that you are making it. If you won 50 times then you will become an admin on minecraft and will be able to ban people in minecraft. If you won 100 times you will be promoted to a creator of minecraft and help making updates. If you managed to win 1k times you will get a mail on the app that now. You will become the owner of mojang! Please add this all

    I actually wondered about a community made mob or feature, it may work better if mojang had a project for a smaller minecraft mob concept and they choose several minecraft content creators too work with mojang announcing it at the first Minecraft Live for the year.

    These creators then are able to take suggestions from there comunities, and Mojang being able to take feedback for the mob concept, and in the summer (like june or july) the midpoint concept work is shown during minecraft monthly, for our ability to have a clear idea what else could be done. When the final design is complete, its name is given and the final concept is revealed at the last minecon of the year.

    Possible around the Holiday season a Minecraft Drop could release including the new community mob.
