Moving Minecarts load chunks

Similar to the recent Ender Pear changes, moving Minecarts should loade chunks.
This would make Minecarts a more viable for moving things over long distances

For example: moving mobs ore items in a mailing network

Came here to post this. Disappointing I can't use my long rail network to ship my materials back and forth... I'm forced to ride behind a line of chest carts -- I was hoping to make an auto loader/unloader so I could extend my conquest while shipping things back to my central base. Oh well.
