On behalf of most of the Minecraft community, I think that lots would agree that Minecraft could use a lot more liveliness when it comes to nature. Things like maybe some natural disasters in specific biomes, or practically just more weather phenomenons in general, like sandstorms or snowstorms! Especially for me personally, I think that Minecraft should have a long-term Seasonal Cycle. Like in real life, Minecraft would have a 365 day year! When you open your new world, you'd most likely start in a snowy or cold area, it would slowly get warmer and change into spring after about 89-94 Minecraft days. All seasons would span for that amount of time. It would get hotter in the summer and if you were in a hot biome like the desert or the mesa, you would get a heatstroke effect, similar to the frost effect! This would continue with the seasons changing, while the leaves and plants slowly getting more variation of orangish, redish or yellow color in the Autumn. This would then land in the winter, where the trees would have white and snowy leaves and maybe there would be a snowstorm and the snow layers would build up faster than the normal snowfall. The player would also gain the frost effect if not inside and enclosed within a certain amount of time! Then after the 365 day cycle, it would repeat!
I hope Minecraft sees this and considers it for a future update! You can help by voting and maybe contacting the Minecraft team if you feel the same way! I will be doing so as well!
Byee!
