Sky dimension that you go there when you die andyou keep all your stuff and you can escape it and go to the normal world by beating a very hard boss based on your difficulty level and tools, armour, and weapons and if you win you get to go back to your world to your last respawn point with all loot but for hard mode you can only bring 15 items but also stacks like 15 stacks of wool but in the sky dimension it should be multiple islands withmany different bosses and depending on the type of boss you can bring more or less items with the minimum being 15 and themax being your whole inventory with the hardest boss being the same amount ofdifficulty and doesn’t matter on your gear but all the other bosses depend on your gear for example boss 1 on easy mode letting you bring 15 items or boss 1 on hard mode giving you 20 items with each difficulty level giving you like 20% more loot than the easier one and it stacks like enchantments but maybe also other buildings with mid loot so players could also die on purpose to get some loot in the dimension the beat a boss to get more loot and one piece of loot that every boss will give is a key like a trial key and then you go to a place that can be found anywhere and place the key you will go back to the normal world with your loot depending on the boss and there would also be a UI where you can choose which loot to bring. And last of all totems should have a limit oftotems per minute and you should be able to toggle off in settings
