Fast Travel Using Maps and Beacons!

    OP here, here are other ideas for the fast travel:

    • Fast travel could be further limited by requiring that the beacon be of a certain-sized pyramid buff. Alternatively, the beacon could require a different structure than a pyramid, or use a new type of block (End Update?...)
    • If the beacon is actually too difficult, then something involving a lodestone(/s) could be used instead? And compass behavior could be altered, so that instead of simply pointing to an assigned lodestone, it could point to the nearing fast-travel lodestone structure
    • Another way to limit fast travel would be needing to craft a map into a special 'fast travel' map
    • You could always require using XP or some other material fuel for each teleport. That could be good for a scenario where setting up the fast travel network is actually relatively easy, but you want to limit each use of the fast travel instead.
