As the title suggests, You should consider adding Herobrine into a random Minecraft Update/Snapshot without announcing it preferably near Halloween to spook players. I feel like this would be a cool idea due to the fact that Herobrine is a huge part of Minecrafts history. Herobrine should only be in one update/snapshot so that people don't have to deal with him all the time.
If he were to get added, he would most likely have to act like how Herobrine acts (EX: pyramid structures, 2x2 tunnels, stalking, redstone torches, missing leaves, and more). I feel like this would, in a way, help bring a part of the community back to the game in order to feel a kind of thrill/excitement for something they may have once thought was true.
Else, if you don't wish to add Herobrine, at least consider creating an update based around the theme of halloween, Similar to that of the Pretty Scary update (but with more scary blocks (like graves, the ability to get player heads in survival, new mobs, ghosts, and other scary things)).
