Abstract: Minecraft is becoming a bigger time sink to explore on all devices; add/make more common smaller biome variants, Add/overhaul existing forms of transportation, customizable n# person camera.
The player experience of Exploration across devices seems to feel ever so needlessly tedious after Caves&Cliffs 2 gen. Biomes got so big, and repetitively uniform with [Climate/Humidity/height] that it had a compounding effect of spreading Everything out. Benefits aside, creating ~2 problems. [Players spending more time moving things &traveling then playing the game] & [Makes it unrespectful to the players time to navigate and explore the game]
On low end devices or servers with low render distance, biomes become seemingly never ending Climates. Along with very common dramatic changes in elevation and the limited number of ways to navigate them safely on mobile in a timely matter, draws-out the playtime of what should be quick expeditions [Especially in entity &item transit]. Exposing the player, maybe a little to long, to the repetitiveness of world generation when in search of specific biomes/structures. Also, the now common [Higher elevation of many biomes seams to cause a simulated farsightedness effect with players]
MC's many transportation mechanics could be all be overhaul to mitigate issues of entity and item transportations. Mobile needs customizable/off-settable n# person camera, &have its viewport length from player adjustable. &small biomes being more common in clumps.
