Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fans

Fans that push mobs/items in whatever direction they're facing. 

Crafting use either Breeze Rods or Wind Charges and are powered with redstone. 

I don't know if the fans should be able to lift any mob into the air if they're faced upward, maybe only lighter ones like the Chicken, but they should definitely work on the player while they're gliding with the Elytra, using the fans to gain more altitude.

    Fans need to be added. They would fit great in the game. It solves so many problems. A simple addition, yet has vast utility. It would be great for item and mob movement, especially for places like the Nether where you can't use water top push items or mobs. It would add vertical force. Plus the ability to turn on and off via redtsone will be very useful. New mob farms will be able to be created. It would probably be useful for elytra movement to push you upwards. It could be used for fun elevators. Please add fans.
