kids cant get the new capes

the new capes you added requier people to get on social media to get them. this is not fair to the younger children who cannot get these capes.

IDK where else to put this

  The TikTok and the Twitch capes should be obtainable permanently:

  Once these younger children turn at least 13 years old, they should be able to get the cape any other time.
