Co-ownership of a world or ability to join a world without owning it

Me and my cousin are building a city, and I would like to be able to work on it without him being in the sever, as he is the owner of it. Could you please consider a way for the owner of a world to allow others to join that world without him being actively in that world, or the owner possibly allowing someone to be a “co-owner”.
