Special rain in the end dimension

• Design: animation is slower than normal rain and is white/yellowish
• covers vast terrains, can occur in any biome in the end
• Contextualisation: The overworld also has rain with thunder so it's not foreign to the game.
• Lore: Reminds the player that in nature the end is a hostile place
• The player can easily build shelter against the rain.
• Milk cures against the effects of the rain.

Effect:

1. Drains players health till death
2. Stops plants and crops growth while it rains

3. Causes nausea. But not for native end mobs. This cerments that any mobs brought from the other dimensions are not supposed to be here.

Good idea, however the nausea could be substituted for purple-ish fog effect on your screen, this end rain in my opinion is also better suited to a purple color to fit in with the motif of endermen and endermites
