Give a way for horses to not fall in powdered snow

I have lost about 2 of my horses to powdered snow after being forced to traverse expansive snowy taigas. The leather-boot effect should extend to horses with leather armor because it's extremely annoying to miss a jump or straffe to the side and have a horse you've spent countless hours trying to find die because of slight variance in texture patterning. Horses are already borderline unusable for exploration since they cant fit in boats and now take fall damage, unfairly punishing servers/worlds that have the End disabled.

    Please add this. The damage reduction is not enough to make these biomes traversable on horseback.
