1.21 overhaul part 4: items and blocks

New items and loot/building blocks: 1: new tuff blocks Add a couple new tuff decor blocks such as tuff pillars and cracked tuff bricks for increased building ability. 2: copper blocks Add new copper blocks such as the frame which can reinforce stone blocks and make them harder to break and make it take more explosions to blow them up or just increase blast resistance, chiseled copper slabs and stairs, and copper pressure plates. 3: copper plate An item made with the copper ingot. Can craft copper circuits and sygnalers. 4: copper horn Add the copper horns from the old bedrock preview. They sound good, and could possibly hold powers related to the breeze. 5: vault tome A book obtainable by ominous trial spawners and ominous vaults. Using it can make vaults and ominous vaults reusable once.
