Transfer new BEDROCK Camera features to JAVA Minecraft

Hello there. As you know there is a new feature for camera in Bedrock Minecraft. You can untie player camera and move freelly for cutscenes, or set perspective as you wish for new gaming experience. I want this feature in Java minecraft and I hope that my request will be considered. I would also like to ask you to add the ability to set the "Tilt" of camera movement, just like we can expose YAW and PITCH

This will take Minecraft to a new level, with these tools you can create cool maps and make cutscenes for servers, we can do camera shaking during explosions for example, and any other special effects.
