Custom add-ons for bedrock

I believe that there are many bedrock players out there that have great ideas for bedrock, but since they have a console they can’t code them. I propose that a way to code your own add-on. now it wouldn’t be like real code but a way to make our own textures and blocks a items would be super cool. Plus there are many ways that none tech savy Java players can mod so give us something similar to those easy to use programes.
