Open a shulker box in the inventory

Hello, I'll keep this short.

I would like the opportunity to open a shulker box in the inventory in Java Edition. This would provide a much-needed solution to the endgame inventory space issue. For example, a simple right-click when the shulker box is in the inventory would open the box above the inventory, and a left-click on the box would interact with it as usual.
