Let's face the facts, there are A LOT of biomes in the game, and A LOT of them are rarer than you'll ever find on your own in a regular play session... without the use of the locate biome command. Personally, I don't like to cheat for as long as I can help it, and I know most others agree. We need a more reliable way to find our favorite biomes WITHOUT cheats.
Which is why I suggest a Biome Locator Map. These cannot be crafted, though, it'll be renewable, so you can get this trade from a master cartographer as many times as you wish, and it works very similarly to a Treasure Map or Explorer Map. When used, you can choose from a complete list of every biome, and it'll lead you straight to the nearest one. Each Biome Locator Map is single use.
Maps are majorly under utilized in the game, and I believe that this is a great solution to make both the cartographer villager and the maps they sell more valuable, while also giving the player a cheat-free alternative to finding whatever biome their heart desires.
