Replace the World Border

The current Minecraft world border doesn't feel very Minecraft-y, plus if a player manages to reach the distance in survival, then I feel like they should get more than just some animated blue lines. Maybe something like the farlands, but without the infinite and glitchy aspect of course, would be fairly interesting and would fit into the game better, it's never been the most realistic game in the first place.

  There could be a World Border dimension, and inside the world border in that dimension is treated as outside the world border, but there is a second purple world border at 30 million blocks out.
