Bedrock Addon Improvements

Recently I've decided to try porting a simple java fabric mod into a bedrock addon, and It's mostly alright, better than expected, really. But there's a few big flaws. There needs to be block components for the mining level, requiring needing a certain tool of a certain tier to mine the block. The block mining speed also needs to change along with the mining speed of the pickaxe. If these changes are made, I'd recommend renaming the component "seconds to mine" to "hardness." If these changes are made, tbh, these things would be better than data packs in every way. But that doesn't mean you should neglect those. Please let us define custom things with .json like addons.

    This needs to be done - frankly it's incredible how long this has been absent. It's incredibly simple. Tools need to be assigned customizable mining speed components (or whatever else they're called, I'm still not all too familiar with Addon development) and blocks need a hardness value. Blocks also need a mining level value to customize, so that if the tool is too low in value, it cannot be used to mine the block.

    Reject Seconds to Destroy, embrace Hardness and Mining Speed!
