Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    Another thing

the ability to put fence gates on rails. essentially having train doors. the fence gate already has a gap underneath and you can push grounded minecarts through them. why not lay rails under them.

    two more things

the minecarts in a train should be able to connected and disconnected at will. if you have a lot of carts and disconnect one in the middle it should take the carts in front and keep them attached to the train but the carts behind will make a new train. as well if you can attach one train to another it choses one train for all the carts in the other one to. if the amount of carts makes it larger than the limit in the train (12) it will cut out to the maximum limit and leave the rest attached to the other train.

Brakes. I'm not certain how best to do it. but i was thinking there could be a new enchantment added. whenever something with this enchantment right clicks a minecart the carts behavior changes to that of a minecart on an Unpowered rail or something similar. brakes will make any minecart stop moving with one exception. if the cart is on a Powered rail brakes can not apply. it being on that type of rail should override any player attempts to stop it. a similar thing will happen to the furnace cart. it will automatically shut down on a powered rail but will still roll like other minecarts as if the rail is pushing each cart and the furnace cart will only apply power on normal rail types.

when going uphill the furnace cart will have drastically reduced power. only able to pull 2 cart plus its self. however that doesn't mean it cant go uphill with 12 carts if your track designed to only have 1 or 2 carts going uphill at a time. instead of a straight 45 angle up you lay track 12 blocks level then up one repeat until desired height. if your track doesn't meet that requirement you will have to pull less or replace a cart with another furnace cart to add the required power.
